
Participating in the 7-week Positive Intelligence program was truly transformative for me. Through the guidance of my coach, Ciriaca Yolanda, and the support of my pod during our weekly Zoom sessions, I gained a much deeper awareness of the “saboteurs” that were undermining me in my daily life.
The structure of the program helped me not only identify these patterns but also learn practical tools to shift out of them. PQ reps and Sage steps became valuable practices I could return to anytime—whether in moments of stress, decision-making, or even just to ground myself throughout the day. Over time, I noticed real growth: I felt calmer, more centered, and better able to respond to challenges with clarity rather than reactivity.
I especially want to highlight how impactful Ciriaca was as a coach. She created a safe, encouraging space that made it easier to share honestly and to stay consistent with the work. Her insights and gentle guidance helped me see blind spots I couldn’t have recognized on my own.
This program has been deeply meaningful for me, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to quiet their inner critics, strengthen resilience, and live with more ease and purpose.

Discovering the Positive Intelligence program with Ciriaca opened up new depths and horizons in my understanding of emotional intelligence. We explored the theory and practice of dealing with saboteurs and strengthening our emotional response. The sheer simplicity with which the complex behavioral science of childhood experience and learned patterns has been presented was nothing short of astonishing!
The step-by-step instructions for dealing with life challenges do work, and I know for a fact that my family dynamics improved noticeably, and it has become much easier to manage stressful situations.
During our pod meetings, Ciriaca was an inspiring and gentle leader who encouraged us to share our thoughts and experiences. She led by example, generously offering us a glimpse into her own journey with Positive Intelligence. The meetings also held me accountable for regular practice and deeper introspection. I am so glad that I’ve learned about the program and definitely see how it is becoming an internalized way of thinking and doing things, and how it makes me and the people around me happier and our relationship more respectful and caring.

As a gift to myself, I joined Ciriaca's Intermittent Fasting Challenge. What an opportunity to receive daily coaching, guidance, motivation and encouragement!
To be able to be a part of a community to share experiences and exchange suggestions is invaluable. I received and had access to so much information to educate myself and to have a better understanding of intermittent fasting and how it can benefit my health and wellbeing.
I was worried about being able to commit and follow through, I wondered if I'd be hungry, however, the opposite was true. I learned to listen to my body's cues and to ask myself and recognize whether I was truly hungry or just supposed to be eating.
I appreciated that Ciriaca was on hand to guide and answer questions along the way. Having an external accountability partner and a private group was a huge part to be successful.
This was a great kickoff for me to a new decade of Redefining Aging. Thanks, Ciriaca!

Yolanda’s goal is not only to coach, motivate and inspire me, but also to give me a deep personal knowledge about the keto lifestyle.
She has shared delicious recipes which I have adopted.
Due to her gentle guidance, encouragement and follow-up, I am so pleased to say that I lost 29 pounds within 3 months.

Ciriaca Yolanda has really helped me understand and embrace the keto/low-carb low-sugar lifestyle. I turned to her after having plateaued on my weight loss journey. She was interested in learning what did and didn’t work for me in the past and gave awesome advice on how to transition to a keto lifestyle in a way that would work for me.
I have since lost more than 15 pounds by following much of the advice and guidance that Ciriaca Yolanda has provided. What I most appreciate about her approach is that it isn’t a one-size fits all approach. I love all of the substitute options and other resources she shares, like how to track macros, fast intermittently and identify low carb options.
I also like how real she is when it comes to allowing yourself a treat every now and then, but jumping back on it the next day. It has certainly made this lifestyle a realistic and sustainable one for me.
The weight loss has been great, but how I feel and my improvement in my health vitals has been phenomenal and life-changing.
