
Participating in the 7-week Positive Intelligence program was truly transformative for me. Through the guidance of my coach, Ciriaca Yolanda, and the support of my pod during our weekly Zoom sessions, I gained a much deeper awareness of the 'saboteurs' that undermined me in my daily life. This program helped me not only identify these patterns but also learn practical tools to shift out of them, much like how the keto lifestyle emphasizes making deliberate choices for better health. PQ reps and Sage steps became valuable practices I could return to anytime—whether in moments of stress, decision-making, or even just to ground myself throughout the day. Over time, I noticed real growth: I felt calmer, more centered, and better able to respond to challenges with clarity rather than reactivity. I especially want to highlight how impactful Ciriaca was as a coach. She created a safe, encouraging space that made it easier to share honestly and stay consistent with the work. Her insights and gentle guidance helped me see blind spots I couldn't have recognized on my own. This Positive Intelligence program has been deeply meaningful for me, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to quiet their inner critics, strengthen resilience, and live with more ease and purpose, much like the benefits one might experience from intermittent fasting.

Discovering the Positive Intelligence program with Ciriaca opened up new depths and horizons in my understanding of emotional intelligence. During our pod meetings, Ciriaca was an inspiring and gentle leader who encouraged us to share our thoughts and experiences. She led by example, generously offering us a glimpse into her own journey with Positive Intelligence. The meetings also held me accountable for regular practice and deeper introspection. I am so glad that I’ve learned about the program and definitely see how it is becoming an internalized way of thinking and doing things, making me and the people around me happier, while fostering more respectful and caring relationships.
